We’ve been running the great component and it expired. We want to update the trial version with the purchased license key.

How do I do that since the component does not show anymore after the expiry

It is quite simple. Go to the Support & License tab in the Component Admin and update your new license key which is available in your Member Area after your purchase.

If there is any any trouble, you can submit a support ticket within your member area then our technical can go to your site and have a look for you.

Thanks Hung,
Thats just the problem. When I select the Job Board under Components, it is empty, nothing appears. Can’t getto the Support & License Tab

We’ve done a lot of customization on it. Don’t want to loose any. What will happen if I re-install it, will it give me the option to enter the license

I have a similiar problem, it will not accept my licn key. The only issue that i think that it could be is that i have not yet linked the site to the domian that the job board is registered to yet.

Okay, figured it out, it was actually Rocket Science and required a Masters Degree.;)

I Click on Job Board and it show nothing, I click on it again and wholla!!!. I can now buy and paste the key, hope it works:confused:

Lol !! Amazing fix. You can certainly qualify for Master’s in JA’s Rocket Science. Just cant stop laughing about the solution. Hope it works for all.
