Did you customized the template codes ? I checked same issue on my side and it showing the links and Edit button in chrome browser Here : http://prntscr.com/b3exln
Also your admin details not working , so i am not able to check this issue on your site .
Please revert the custom changes and correct the details .

Yes, I too see the Edit button to on Blog pages now but not on other pages such as http://graphicraft.com.hk/services/typesetting Also no Navigation except on Blog pages.

Yes, Navigation shows on demo here: http://mono.gpmnews.com/index.php/education/4-a-study-of-drug-abuse-among-students

What am I missing?

Chrome update to version 51 fixed it.

Updating Chrome, however, doesn’t help with missing Edit link on Masthead of Single articles. Blog articles are fine. And FF / Safari no difference.
