Hi

Anyone know why front-end editing isn’t available from the SEF URLs once logged in?
I’ve tried lots of editors (JMC, JoomlaCK) but can’t access them from the front end (I want to give my client this ability).

One work around I’ve found is to connect to the link shown in the menu item.
For example ‘mywebsite.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=19’ allows me to see the editing tools.

Hi andydog,

I tried to assign view an article with Search Engine Friendly URLs enabled in Global Configuration and log with admin account from frontend and I can edit it, if possible, pm me admin account and tell me article you are trying to edit it from frontend, I shall try to check.
