Hi,

My front end editor is not working properly. I sign into the site and have no problem seeing the editor template. AND, the changes look fine, but when i save the article, and view the article on the site, the text is not formatted at all. no spacing at all or bullets that looked fine in the editor.

I have tried 2 3rd party extensions… fck and jce.

I re wrote this post because my other was not clear and it also seemed like my problem was with the 3rd party product. but the wysiwyg editor from the installation doesn’t work either so i though that it was important to stress that first.

The issue is special bug, i read your thread so many, but i have not found any the solution to answer you yet.

I think you should submit a ticket, i want to check in detail, please give me full account information. thanks

Thank you. I was wondering the status on your research on this. You checked the site and said that it was fine, but it’s not. I provided 2 screenshots, one before the edits, one after. Did you receive those?

12/1 – I just sent to you another reply. i have learned that the reason that it worked for you is because it DOES work from the front end as a super administrator, but NOT as a front end publisher.
