Only exrta is JCE – A Content Editor

Hi,

Not logged in and viewing site I can go to all my pages.
Login as ‘Admin’ or ‘general user’ from front end and I can go to all pages except index.php
I get error…
Internet explorer cannot open the internet site http:***.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=frontpage&Itemid=1. Operation aborted.

After half a day on this it appers this is a JCE – A Content Editor issue and not Joomlart related. permission setup in JCE – A Content Editor was the problem.
