Please have a look at my front end. it looks weird. And the New update module at header1 is blank. Other modules are stretched to the width of the screen, rather than fixed layout.

I am not able to make the modules work. I have attached login credentials if you need it. If you look at my frontend, you’ll know what I am trying to say.

This is ridiculous, Am I being ignored on purpose? Not a single comment from any support guy or developers. I tried sending some PM to staff members, but no response in 16 hrs. Great after sale support. >:(:((:((

Just help me fix those two things mentioned in the image above, so that I can move forward to setting up rest of the website.

thank you! very much for getting back to me. I did a fresh installation of the website, So I had to create the user account again. Please try again now.

Now that you’re looking at the issue, kindly help me figure out, why I have “statistics” in the link of article or category menu links. See screenshot.

It appears on all the main menu items. I have not created anything named statistics. :/

Hello lovedigit,

After making a new menu item or changing one from the demo, you have to rebuild the menu – just push the button “rebuild” at the top of the menu manager page.

I did rebuild the menu, but nothings changed.

Edit: the “statistics” in links are gone. thank you very much geocious 🙂

But rest of the problems are still intact.

Edit: Ok I figured out why featured news “In the spotlight” was not showing up on my home page. Had to refeature the articles to show up, maybe because I did import the articles from my old database.

I still need the help to figure out why “trending topics” won’t show up on pages where other ja modules are enabled. If I turn off
” In the spotlight” module, the trending topics would show up, but if I enable it again, it disappears.

You can try with my tweak here:
– Go to file: /templates/ja_teline_v/local/css/themes/blue/bootstrap.css
– Add this rule:


.header-right .trending .carousel-inner {
overflow: visible;
}

Thank you very much for fixing this issue. but, I just noticed that the transition effect of the trending topics are not the same as demo website. It is little buggy. There is no transition effect at all. Please have a look at my website. or tell me where to change the transition effects of trending topics.
