I guess my question would be why on some pages they can edit, and others they can’t; the SAVE doesn’t work on some pages

It’s because your 3rd extension artsexylightbox.
It’s included old jQuery version again after everything that cause jQuery / js conflict.

Please remove everything about this plugin OR rename jquery.js to another name to prevent it loaded.
