Hi

This may be a dumb question but what controls the front page? I want to change the way the front page looks and dont know where to start?

Come to think of it a good idea is the boxes that appear on the front page contain categories.

Look at the Readme and follow the installation steps of the JA- and VM-modules. Adding to this you have to disable the normal joomla frontpage by going to menu – main menu – home; then set the parameters #leading and #intro to “0”.
