Your site is running on php5.3 . I suggestion you to upgrade the php version to php5.4 or later- increase memory limits and max execution time from your server php configuration files.

i checked your site and still running on older php version http://prntscr.com/9moeuw
kindly upgrade it first .
php warning are showing because u set it to Max. i reverted back to default .And the site menu seems fine at my end > http://prntscr.com/9mofms
. i also checked fresh package and its working fine at my end i am notable to replicate the problem like your screenshot.
Kindly re check and update .

As i said before you can user PHP5.4 or later . At personal level i suggest use 5.5 version 🙂 -
