Greetings.

I am using quickstart version. I restarted after messing up 3 times already and re-reading all the tips and userguides does not help.

Whenever I start replacing content with my own, especially at the point where I am publishing and assigning my own categories and articles to the menu the front page layout breaks.
The worst 2 areas are:
1) featured news are stacked on top of each other;
2) right panel has “bookmark pages” on top of “hot video” and “latest news”.

Cannot figure out what options are responsible for adjusting this properly.

Your own contents are responsible for adjusting this properly,make sure that you did not copy your contents from word documents or something like that.

Thank you for the reply.

However, it is not the content itself. I typed everything manually without copy/paste. The real issue, which I just figured out, is that somehow the layout, including the featured news slider and tab positions on the right, do not work unless at least 4 articles are featured.

Sorry, I guess I was not clear enough (but I did mark the topic as solved). I did solve it by having a minimum of 4 articles set to featured. Once I have 4+ articles featured everything falls into place correctly.
