This is the first time I have this problem.

I click on an article, the article url appears but instead of the article being displayed it is the front page, the front page for all articles. What is wrong?

Hi dannyhunt,

I see that the homepage articles are assigned to the hidden menu items (Volcano, Technology …), you should check out the profiles assigned to this menu items and make sure that it is set No to Hide Main content block option. Clear JAT3 cache after saving changes.

You can find the profiles in Template Manager >> JA_Teline_IV – Default >> Profiles.

“hidden menu items (Volcano, Technology” I checked template profile and it is set to No. These are Categories, not Menu Items, and the are on Public Access. … I just disabled tooltips in News Pro Module, … still can’t solve issue.

Hi dannyhunt,

The reason I suggested you to check the profiles because at this time, the articles seems are being assigned on the Home page layout which doesn’t contain the content section or they are still not assigned to a menu item, that is why the articles don’t appear.

The solution is creating a hidden menu item (Category blog) using the categories (Volcano, Technology…), then go to Template Manager >> Profile, and assign a profile (No to Hide Main content block ) to this menu item. Clear JAT3 cache then.

You can use an existing menu item if you want. Lets send me PM with your website’s credentials for further checking if the issue still persists.
