Hi – i have been fiddling with Ja News to see how it works for a magazine type website and i have followed your installation user guide, however for some reason text is not showing up on the frontpage only thr image. Why is it not showing up?

The web url is :http://oliverjamesenterprise.com/fourshiresweb/

Also, how can you set the default colour scheme for the site say to green?

OK, so i have now tried installing with joomla 1.0 quick start version but get the following error message when inserting images into the content:

Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Unable to access /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/oliverjamesenterprise.com/httpdocs/fourshires/images/resized/ in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/oliverjamesenterprise.com/httpdocs/fourshires/modules/ja_news/helper.php on line 100

It doesnt look too complicated but any ideas as to how i can get rid of this message and include images in my articles?

FUTHER DEVELOPMENT
ok, i have no installed from just using a template and everything seemed to be going fine until i navigated through the menu . If i go to the news page from the menu, the images are all messed up as seen here: http://www.oliverjamesenterprise.com/fsmag/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=14&Itemid=37 how can i prevent this from happening?

Hi,

yes, site has now been moved. I used Joom 1.5 to set i up with and it seems to work very wel.
