Pascm is absolutely right. It’s >Menu-> Main Menu-> Home-> Parameters (System)-> Page Title.
I kept getting stuck on the Parameters (Basic) and was very frustrated, until I realized that a few tabs down was the Parameteres(System) tab…duh..
