Hi, I’ve just installed Ja_teline_IV with a quickstart package and when i try to view my site, the main page is full black or shows “Fatal error, Maximum execution time at….”

Also when i turn off my web, appears the normal signal with the Joomla logo and the option to login, but displays another error “JFTP::mkdir: Bad response”

Im using:
PHP 5.2.17 – Classic Mode on a Windows Server

Hi

You need to ask to your Hosting provider to enlarge your memory size on your site at least at 28 Mb now you have 16Mb

This is the reason of your issue look at your configuration

after this change your site will works fine

No, cause im in Argentina, where the hosting providers just dont work. If i ask for a change, a little modification, they will upgrade my plan to a VPS, like a 4000% more expensive. ($110 annual vs $4000 annual) they dont have a middle option, so if i want a good service, ill go with an international hosting. Can you recommend me one?

You need to choose here if you want a compromise between Stability — Safety — Reliability — Acceptable prices
