    How do you change the size of the image in the lead article on the front page.

    For instance if the picture in the lead article is not 344 by 250 it still appears but in the middle of a huge black box.

    Help would be appreciated.

    Yeah i figured it out.

    I find the large image of the leading front page item looks good on the frontpage but not once you click read more and get into the article.

    So I was experimenting with using a smaller pic. If you just use a smaller pic then on the frontpage the image on the leading story gets all weird. To see an example just use the default content and change the frontpage order and you will see what i mean.

    If you are going to make the image smaller you need to adjust the default_leading file in the html directory – it’s right at the top.

    The problem you get there is that while the image looks good in article view it makes the frontpage unbalanced.
