December 2, 2011 at 6:39 pm #171387Is there a fix for this issue I’ve encountered, in which the text seems aligned beginning in the center and the image, which was supposed to align right is wrongly showing at the left?
See imageThanks,

December 2, 2011 at 6:47 pm #427624How are you sizing the image? Manually or with a plugin such as JA Thumbnail?
In that template there is a little bit of css aligning the text as you see and it is set for a specific size image. What size are your images and I will give you the right value to set the padding at.
.blogitem {
float: left;
margin-left: 165px;
padding: 0 10px;}

December 2, 2011 at 7:40 pm #427629Ooops, John and I posted at the same time.
iiKozen,
If you install JA Thumbnail (I think you can get it from the Teline IV download) then you can set it up to resize automatically saving you the effort.
As for your problem simply edit the code in red above to be 315px instead of 165px.
If you go into the Template manager first and set css optimization to “No” then refresh your JAT3 cach I will be able to tell you exactly where you will find that line of code. I need you to do it as I do not have a copy of that template running at the moment to check myself but I can see it in Firebug if you disable the cache.

December 2, 2011 at 8:34 pm #427642Thanks for the JA Thumbnail tip.
Edited value in red to the recommended.
Set CSS Optimization to ‘no’. Cach Cleared.I now see the image, which was supposed to be to the right, on the left.
PMed you.
🙂

December 2, 2011 at 9:54 pm #427646Ok, I didn’t realise you wanted the image on the right of the text. It will take a little more code adjustment. I will get back to you tomorrow as it is getting late here and I need to get some kip. Just reply to this message if I do not respond (I have the memory of a goldfish).

December 3, 2011 at 1:54 pm #427738Hi Phill
Thanks for the help.
Whenever you get the chance, your input will be very much appreciated.🙂
February 22, 2012 at 8:48 pm #439532Hi,
I have the same kind of problem : images on frontpage.
It’s OK with ja_nex template, but with ja_travel, all images for the frontpage go up left.
Has this issue been resolved ?
Thanks !
