I don’t know what is happening here.
My video, hot topic, and other modules have shifted to the bottom instead of being on the right.

First, I suggest that you should unpublish the ja-frontpage-news modul.
If your site looks normal then the problem lies in this modul.
The third picture in FP-news seems to be too wide a little bit.
But maybe the problem lies somewhere else.

I was running your page in the w3c validator:

It seems that you have a lot of markup tags in your articles. The front page dosent like that. Specially div and span. I also noticed that you are doing paste from word or somthing else microcrap. That doesent make joomla happy!
The problem you have is most likely to be an open div tag. I had the same problem and had to go trough all articles and clean it up.
I do think that my fix for removing tags could help but you might still be stock with bad html in other places like category view, etc. http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/bug-swedish-characters-not-displayed-correctly-in-ja_news/
