We need to know, how and where, we can define the code or option, so that we would be able to switch off the mainbody component on frontpage and keep it switched on all other pages.And whats the code for it.
Let me know.

July 28, 2011 at 12:20 pm #403435Hi btreynolds1
Simple way that you create a profile and configure it hide main content block. Then assign menu home to this profile in Page assignments.

July 28, 2011 at 12:42 pm #403444Another question..
I have created three custom module positions. I want those as flexible positions.
Means if i am disabling one, 2nd and 3rd will automatically take the whole place.ꦯꦸꦕꦶ ꦏꦸꦂꦤꦶꦲꦮꦤ꧀ Friendꦯꦸꦕꦶ ꦏꦸꦂꦤꦶꦲꦮꦤ꧀

July 29, 2011 at 5:35 am #403543OK I tried another thing.
We are trying to position the custom positions in the middle on frontpage.
So, we placed this code,
<blocks name="middle">
*<block name="left1">left</block>
*<block name="right1" width="38">right</block>
*<block name="user" type="spotlight" style="xhtml">front_1,front_2,front_3</block>
</blocks>
But its not showing.
We have MAIN CONTENT BLOCK switched off on the frontpage profile.
But I dont think, middle.php will be stopped by that, since our right is loaded from that middle.php with 38 width, as you can see above.
So, what is stopping that custom positions, not to work and show in the middle area ?
Let me know.
