    Hi,

I am trying to figure out a way to make my frontpage show same type of layout as you show in the demo example of Rochea – which seems to be somewhat similar to what one can buy with iJommla magazine, which I have done, but I am not able to install it, I am simply not able to get it where it’s supposed to be, tried what they call manual and automatic install – no luck, but see that you write in your info about this template that this part of template is a non-joomla module so I wonder, how did you guys get this done for it to look like a magazine listing.

    Appreciate help

are you wanting to put a pictured list in the left colum with links?

No, if you look at the demo model, I am talking about the middle section the body – which looks like articles with pictures by each of the article, not talking about modules out in neither right or left pane.

thats done in the menu section, go to main menu and click on a menu with sub menus yours would be something like your products then in the parameters play around with the numbers in the #leading and #intro then go back to your page you should see intro’s starting to appear, if you don’t want the whole page appearing put some of the text in the into part of your products page and thats what you will be able to read.

    Check this http://lisbon.directrouter.com/~peacockq/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogsection&id=4&Itemid=26

what you see here is the into text which I placed in the intro section of each item.

To break things up even further you can then go to your item page and tell it not to show the intro text, then your not reading all this text twice.

    Hope this helps
