When I install orisite with the info of quickstart the Mega-Menu looks great. But when I install k2 nothing the previous menus don’t work and the new menus creates from the import to K2 from joomla either… the efect dropdown is gone.
What is the problem?

may be try not to install the sample data when you install K2 after the Quickstart of JA..

Install Ja with sample data
Install K2 without sample data
