I would like to state that the support forum is not helpful at all! I have posted a question a day after I purchased the JAWall template and till date I haven’t had help. The last reply was that my request is not doable! I had to post my question and repeat many times and wait for weeks to get this disappointing reply!! Not happy at all with the after sales support. Also why are forum posts in other categories closed for us?! I’m trying to search for an answer for another question and I find the post title in other templates but I don’t have access to it! I have purchased many Joomla templates and extensions from other vendors and I have never ever seen this nor have I had a bad support experience like the one you are providing!
My question is:
How can I duplicate the Jawall template? I have to change the logo at the top for 3 menu items linking to wall template. I copied the template as I do with other ones but it doesn’t work.

Hi,
As I can see that you purchased for single product – JA Wall only so you will have access to this forum only. You will have access to other templates with JATC (JoomlArt Templates Club) or Developer membership.
Regarding to your question, you can simply duplicate template style in Administrator Panel > Extensions >Templates > JA Wall and assign to your desired menu. This is same behavior with Joomla default.
JA Wall doesn’t use any framework so it works in the same way as default Joomla template. As you can see in our demo site, template provides different styles with different logo for each. After you duplicate template style, you can select a theme and set logo as we did in demo site: http://ja-wall.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/themes-and-styles
