August 24, 2013 at 9:59 pm #190017Hello,
I uninstalled JA Hawkstore because it showed this same problem. I thought that it was this template, so I unstalled it and install JA Fubix. Nevertheless, this template is showing the same problem not properly loading the pages. Give a look to this image, which shows what you get when you click on “Chelsea defender…” This problem is happening with all the menu items. What can I do to fix this problem?
Regards,
Albert

August 26, 2013 at 9:32 am #503437Hi Albert again,
Please make sure that you set the right permission for files/folders in your site: file-644 and folder-755
And within the page the problem occurs, if you use editor Firebug in Firefox, try to look at ‘Error’ tab, it will show you error message and you will know where it comes from.
Regards

August 27, 2013 at 5:52 pm #503670Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I fixed the problem setting all the SEO options to “NO” in Site Global Configuration.
However, I will change also the file/folder permissions as you advise.
