I used the quick install download to load ja_avian_ii_1.5 on my localhost using php version 5.2.1 and am having trouble administering RSGallery2 at the backend. These are the issues: 1) there is no ‘upload button’ visible on top right hand side of window (to the left of the cancel button); 2) Uploading images: get a blank page with no error message; 3) Creating a gallery: when I click Galleries button I get a blank page with no error message.

Please help as I have just subscribed to joomlart and am keen to get this the slideshow component working for me.

PS I searched the Forum for these questions and could not find another thread that dealt with both … only the Gallery > blank page issue, which was discussed in respect with Joomla! 1.0.x only.

Looking forward to some help on this. :confused:

I have the same issue which I cannot get to the bottom of does anyone have similar issues or any ideas?

Have solved my issue, try increasing the memory php limit in your server php.ini file or using .htaccess. Increase it from the standard 8m to 12m or 16m
