It may due to the margin, padding used in that block:
First, pls try to turn off Optimize css in template manager to No, if you use Firebug, you can see which file you need to edit these margin, padding as in screenshot.
Once done, remember to clean JAT3 cache.

It solved my problem. Αfter the changes I made should reactivate Optimize css? In the future if I ll update the template will be problem losing changes in css?

Yes, after making changes, you should reactivate Optimize css it’s better for performace of your site. When you update template, please use our JA Extension Manager component to update, it provides options so that you can check which files is modified/editted and you can decide to update or not.
It’s best to take a backup before updating any things.
