In certain sections like if you click on the Menu: “Services” then “Home Office”. You’ll see that when the page loads it creates large gaps of space as it paginates. Scrolling down will reveal that the modules that are supposed to go on the right side actually display much further down the page.

It seems to be isolated to links that display K2 Items of a particular “tag” and ONLY in the “Services” section.

This issue often trouble by missing closed div tag in content.

The problem was within the “Technical Support Services” article. I used the JCE “read more” in the middle of open and closed div tags and it broke the pagination whenever that article showed up.
