March 17, 2014 at 8:03 pm #195877I am getting this strange error on a client computer. The website turns very dark.
It only happens on clients Windows explorer, not clients Firefox and does not even happen with a windows simulator using clients windows explorer.
Even the template demo works on his Windows explorer!
I have attached relevant files, could not screen capture so I have posted photos.
Urgent help much appreciated.

March 17, 2014 at 8:58 pm #527039Ok found the solution. 🙂 Complie CSS. Take it out of development mode and optimize CSS. This works as Explorer can only load certain amount of css files (only 31). Hence the view model, layout is compromised. These settings enable less css load so it works.

Telling clients that we do not support their system is not a good idea, you will get a reponse “WHY??” especially the older clients, IE8 is not that old in the big world of software.
