I’m just curious how long it takes for a question to get answered about a specific template. I posted a question several days ago and it is still unanswered. I thought when you pay for a membership you pay for template and most importantly the support?

Meanwhile my site is still unaccessable because of the problem I posted on the forum.

As seen in the Term Of Use:
<blockquote>9. SUPPORT: JA templates and products are delivered ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions/products. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Mambo/Joomla etc. Private customer forums are available at our Forums. JoomlArt.com does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.</blockquote>

Also it is easier if people read the rules and give us as much info as they can when they make a post:

II. Support Rules (If you want to get support, please read instructions below so that we can help better)

    1. Provide your website URL?
The reason that we ask for this is so we can check your site for the specific description of the error you get.

    2. Provide information about components/modules/mambots installed?
There are many components/modules/mambots that conflict with a script or breaks the template, and this errors is not template specific and its easier for us to try to solve the problem if we know what you have installed.

    3. Which version of Joomla do you use?
Time changes, and so does Joomla. There have been many changes since the beginning, and the templates are built and tested for the latest one.

    4. Have you made any modifications to the template?
This is the most important answer.
Please be as specific as you can on this point, you don't need to tell the whole process, but "I added two new modules in footer" would be enough.

I am really sorry for it takes so long time for you to get an answer on THIS post
As we are working on some changes both in support system/forum/template releases i think there is quite some posts that have been left over. But i will report this bug in and you will get a response there. In the mean time post some more info about your site and referer to this post.

I was wondering if there is a running list of components/modules/mambots that conflict with scripts or break templates?

It would be great to run through a list of known problems in one place rather than cruising all threads.

    Thanks

the conflicts would very from website to website and are generally unrelated to the templates but are related to modules and components used. this has always been so for joomla and in joomla1.0.x series there was even a warning message that adding 3rd party components and modules could cause conflicts.

so…there is no way to make a list as everyone uses a different combination of add ons

it would be best to ask this question at the joomla.org forum
