So if you refuse to refund me then tell me how i can fix this problem without giving you cpanel access. our security protocols make it impossible for you to access the backend. If the products worked as it was marketed, you wouldn’t need cpanel access.

Refunds would be given if you had requested it in the first 7 days of your membership as per the JA terms and conditions.

In this case it looks like you have some permission problems on your server. The script is trying to delete certain files but one of your server settings is preventing that from happening. I am happy to take a look for you if you could give me super-admin access and an ftp account. We do not need cpanel access and I can fully understand why you would not want to give that.

If you wish to go down that route please send those details to me via PM and I wil take a look. Please also include a link to this thread in your PM so I can find it quickly.

Looking at your site it seems you are still running Joomla 1.7.0. Could you please update that to J1.7.3 first before I attempt to install JA Voice for you.

I was having the same issue as well if I tried to use the “Quickstart” download of JA Voice. The way I was able to fix the installation processes after attempting to use the “Quickstart” method was to reinstall Joomla and then install the Components separately and not use the “Quickstart” method.

You wont be able to install JA Voice if you already attempted the Quickstart method because that jacks up the entire installation of each JA Voice component. This is why you need to reinstall Joomla completely, or if it’s on a live site, I hope you have a complete backup.
