Hello Joomlart Team,
I am using JA TELINE V template.
My site URL is smbnation.com , if its not working then use this "http://65.99.240.198/~smbnation"
When you go to Homepage then you can see , Submenus are not opening on hover , I have checked the console and get this error :
Uncaught Error: Bootstrap’s JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher

as well as on inner page i am getting this error
URL : http://65.99.240.198/~smbnation/index.php/consulting
Error : Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).tooltip is not a function

So please resolve this issue.

Hi
the error may due to one of your extension using older version of jquery. kindly try to unpublish the 3rd party extension one by one and check the problems again .
