I’m sorry to be such a pain, but i am new at this, and need details…i don’t see what to change in that file. i don’t see joomlart mentioned anywhere.

Please copy pluginssystemjat3jat3base-themesdefaultblocksfooter.php file to templates/ja_mendozite/blocks folder then edit it
In this file, find

You can remove joomart link in here.
