Enhanced modules, that are customisable to users – for example the weather and stock modules.

If they were viable components, it’d work much much better. JA Comment support (maybe somewhat tweaked) would be grand too.</blockquote>

I have the same problem with ja modules. Many standard (in my book) options are available.

Yeah, unfortunately, this has always been my own personal dissatisfaction with templates overall.

Modules that weren’t custom html modules, which actually did something would make it so much easier. Tag cloud modules in most templates for instance – despite actually being a freely available module, amazingly when used, is just a custom html mod.

More workable modules would make a huge impact. User customisable ones, moreso.

    Hi,

I would like Teline IV could also be used as magazine, apart from pure news portal.

    Thanks,

Might have a similar feel, but that’s not joomla.

I have no hurry to install Teline III V2. If Teline IV is a better version of Teline III then I wait.
Some moderator can explain it to me?
    Ciao</blockquote>

I am in the same boat as you, but considering the recent introduction of Teline III v.2, i assume version iv is not imminent If that’s the case, then Joomlart should let us know so we can make informed decisions. Keeping(and being) informed always leads to positive outcomes. .

We were told it would be released sometime in November.

Though, preferably, I’d prefer a finished and polished project rather than a rushed one.

p.s. You can imagine, as with anything, a revised version of anything would be vasty superior to any previous incarnation.

It is interesting to note that a release candidate for Joomla 1.6 will likely appear Nov. 15, according to developers at the joomla.org mothersite.

Its was actually in september.. then we had october.. and now in Nov. We need to understand the importance of this design and i think we should give them some time to come up with clean crisp template.

But at the same time.. may be JA Team should have updated the boarders about status frequently.. as it takes just 2mins to do just that and it will be more involved within JA Family.

Seems like over 50%-75% people are just waiting for this.. and JA team should respect the sentiments here..

Agreed. Teline series is really the only reason I am keeping my JA membership at this point.

Yes that is it. Use Joomgallery for a photo and it is a great component.

Didn´t need K2. Our round 6.000 Articles are only based in Joomla core

K2 allows you to import joomla articles straight in.
