Hi there

Can’t get it.

When using JA_News_fronpage where the different ID’s (categorys) are showing (top rotating thing), and then clicking on one of them, it doesn’t open on a new page. The clicked category/article shows twice on top of each other.

See pic.

How come? I don’t think it’s a JA_News_ fronp. problem, but rather my fault setting up joomla correct or?

Is it blog or article setting ja_news_frontp is working with or?

please create new menu have type is category(or section) blog(catgory is cateogry of JA news FP)
When click link in JA news FP, that go to new menu –> don’t have JA news FP at top

You config JAnews FP only display at Home menu
And create new menu have type is section blog layout of section A (example is A), in section A have one articles show at front page and it will dispay at JA news FP module
When click link from that articles in Ja news FP, you will see new menu is active menu, not Home menu

–> Ja news FP don’t display at that time

Sorry, I’m not sure I understand this sentence “create new menu have type is section blog layout of section” ?

“menu have type”

I Followed the setup/user guide for JA_news Ftp and entered the values as displayed.

Joomla come with a made menu (frontpage), do you want me to erase that and make a new one?

In modules – Ja News FP – it is not possible to tell JAnews FP to display at home – it is possible to show in “menu”.

Well sented a PM to nguoiabcd, but never came closer to a solution. Suddenly he couldn’t remember who or why I wrote the PM for. So I gave up and found another template at Yoothemes, where ones answers is answered and solutions is posted in the forums.

This is not the first time my questions is not answered, so I don’t use these templates anymore.
