You should try at JED and find something like ( Content – Adsense and YPN Inserter) plugin

Google may penalize you if the whole page is full of adsense articles they may assume the site is just for making adsense money etc

Hello,

There are 2 ways of actually doing this. If i understand properly, you want to show google ads after the article ends.
1) Just use the module position below the article and publish any of the available Google Ads related module there.
2) Modify the com_content (frontpage view / article view) from the code side and add the Google Adsense code there. This will make it come right where you want it.

I can tell you the procedure of how to do the second part if that is what need to do.
