Hi,
Great template.
Anyway to have google adsense just below the title OR have it on the far LEFT side of the content/article and so that the article WRAPS around the ad?
Please help.
Thank you!

May 6, 2007 at 7:14 am #219554Actually, Shannon, the iJoomla “Google adsense style” module isn’t a Google Adsense module at all, and WILL NOT display Google ads….. so it won’t work for max4speed
It is a styling module which takes items from your Section/Category & displays them in a standard template module position in the STYLE of Google – I use it & quite like it.
What max4speed seems to be looking for is a mambot called: Adsense plugin from http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,26/Itemid,35/
Once installed & configured (either Left or right) , simply type {mosgoogle} anywhere in the text & it will display your google ads –
Ie… if you want it 3 paragraphs down your text – or at the top – just type the code – text wraps around nicely
I use it – BUT NOTE: it isn’t a fixed template position and has to be inserted into each article to work – ie it isn’t automatically inserted in every page!

May 6, 2007 at 8:38 am #219557When I had adsense I personally just put it up like it was, in the template. Didn’t bother with modules.

May 6, 2007 at 11:11 am #219560The one i was thinking of was ijoomla sidebars: http://www.ijoomla.com/magazine/edition/iJoomla-SideBars-joomla-side-bar-extension/
With this one you can do many things, not only google adsense:)May 6, 2007 at 5:31 pm #219573Thank you. I’ve found another mambot that pretty much does the same…. however, this sidebars extension looks very neat!

May 8, 2007 at 8:59 am #219657There are heaps and loads of Google Adsense modules. Just browse through the extensions page. They can be modified in all ways, with colour, font type and block ip-adresses and more. ijoomla sidebars are also great but not for me when using google adsense.
