Try to make this change in the file /templates/ja_teline_iv/css/template.css around line 715 now you have

I have the module turned on. You should be able to see it.

I’m sorry but i cannot see your module ( is my problem on FF Chrome and IE ) so i must ask to one of moderators to assist you in this issue
