I’m using Joomla 3 and using JA University template.
Can someone tell me how or where to add code for google analytics!

There are lots of posts on this if you search.

You can manually edit header.php for the template or the easier way is to head on over to the Joomla extension website and there are lots of free plugins that will do the job for you.
