    Hello,

    I did exactly as suggested here http://www.joomlart.com/forums/showthread.php?50760-How-to-insert-codes-(analytics-meta-tags)/page3 which worked for JA Cloris 1.6,

    but I get this line at the top of my home page

    Phill, or anybody…where is this coming from?

    Maybe there are tags missing when you paste your codes into that file,Please check it again,if you can not find out please give me your url,the FTP Account via the ticket of VZW-944-23245 for further checking.

    Yeap. I pasted it from google directly and it works. The first time I pasted it to notepad and then to head.php.

    Sometimes it doesn’t show untill you switch languages or click some link, but sometimes it does.
    You have admin details from earlier Phill, I have activated that user again.

    Nope, I do not have admin details. As I am sure I have mentioned, I always delete my PM’s as soon as a problem is fixed. I’ve had PM systems hacked into on a different forum so I am never happy leaving details laying around.

    Just looking at your site I cannot see where this is coming from but at a guess you should check to see if you have anything published in the debug position in the module manager.

    Check your PM. I think there’s nothing in debug. I would really appreciate if you could look it up. It’s live site and it’s odd to see that text there.

    I’ve had a look at your PM (please always post links in your PM as it makes it hard for us to look them up). You are correct in that you do not have anything published in your debug position so it is likely that it is either being generated by one of your extensions or one of your custom code modifications.

    As I will not have ftp access (it is firewalled in this office) for the next few days I cannot help you further with this so I suggest you raise a support ticket.

    Hello Phill,

    Thank you for trying, I have raised a ticket but still have no answer from Joomlart stuff.
    This is generated after I have inserted Google Analytics code as suggested by you in the thread I have posted in my first post.

    Anyway… I hope they can resolve it, but honestly my hopes really on you solving it. So… thanks again, and hope you find some time to check further.

    *update Joomlart stuff checked it and they just said Google Analytics code is not the problem, it’s something else…
