I think jat3/core/libs/browser.php fails to recognize the Chrome-browser on Android. There doesn’t seem to be any update from the creator of the library file.

A simple fix although ugly is to place the line

$this->checkBrowserAndroid() ||

before

$this->checkBrowserChrome() ||
.

Yeah, i have raised bug to development team: http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JAECPLGTIIIJOOMLAIVI-488 and they will update about this.
