Has anyone had their site show "An error occurred while fetching or analyzing the page." on PageSpeed Insights? What would cause this?

Also getting a 404 error on the following

Have you solved it? I check the URL of your site on PageSpeed Insights but I could not see this bug.

@angie00: As I can see that your site is using plg_jchoptimize to compress CSS and JS files on your site, you can contact owner that plugin, maybe you will get the best answer from there.

About caching on your site, you can use this way here
