On the evidence of what I can see at your backend and frontend, you seem to have setup everything correctly.
Here is your Sticky Module with Google Plus settings at the backend:
Here accordingly is your Sticky Module with Google Plus knob at the frontend:
And here is your Google Plus web-page to which I arrived clicking the Google Plus knob of your “Sticky” module at your main page:
Your Google Plus knob works just the way it should be working.

You should edit the sticky module already installed on your website and add inside it your G+ settings from addthis.com
you can find all instructions in the documentation page for the templatealso after taked a backup update your template version and T3 framework to the latest released
