The Google Webmaster Tool sent me this message:

“Google’s systems recently detected a problem with your homepage affecting the quality with which our algorithms process and index your content. In particular, the Googlebot can not access your JavaScript and / or CSS files due to restrictions robots.txt file. these files help Google realize that your website works properly, so block access to these resources may result in less favorable ratings. “

    How to solve this problem?

@pavit From what I understood. You must remove the following lines from the robots.txt file

    Disallow: / components /
    Disallow: / libraries /
    Disallow: / media /
    Disallow: / modules /
    Disallow: / plugins /
    Disallow: / templates /

    It is correct?

In theory you should remove folders that will be updated with new Joomla and template versions , so the answer is yes these folders are involved in updates

remember to resubmit again file to google
