Really like this template, nice, simple, clean design, spot on!

I have it set to the white theme, it has a dark squiggly line across the top, reminds me of a pair of crimping scissors.

Can I get rid of the dark squiggly line at the top and the bottom as well??

I don’t wanna offend anyone cause I really like the template, just not the dark crimped bits.

Hi Stabilia,

Try the following, take backup of files i ask you to edit and then follow the following steps :

1. Open /templates/ja_norite/css/colors/white.css

around line 235, see this code :

#ja-container {
background-image: url(../../images/white/container-bg.gif);
}

Delete it.

2. Open templates/ja_norite/css/template.css

around line 925 see this code :

#ja-container {
background: url(../images/container-bg.gif) repeat-x bottom left;
margin: 30px 0 0;
padding-bottom: 2px;
position: relative;
z-index: 5;
}

Delete the background image line

background: url(../images/container-bg.gif) repeat-x bottom left;

Now comes slightly tough part.

You can find this image >> templates/ja_norite/images/white/header-bg.gif

you need to edit the above image to remove the pointed end from the image and the top border would be smooth.

If you are worried about counting the lines in the file, you can either search for the code element or Start using NotePad++ .
