Hello JA Team,
first of all i want to mention that you still made/make the best templates on the market…no doubt about that in my opinion.
BUT
the support you are offering is – in relation to other companies like RocketTheme – really lousy !!
Every Template in the past have bugs, the user manual in most cases comes delayed and not complete … sorry, an overwhelming desing isn´t all …
I hope you understand this as a constructive criticism not as a “general grumble”.
Hopefully in the future we will have both – you´r great ideas and a sense for customer satisfaction.
With best Regards

June 24, 2008 at 11:48 am #255808Hello Hung Dinh,
my problem is still the same since 04/25/2008
http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/content-scroller-wont-work/
I really like the JA Templates but to work with them in a professional way is sometimes hard, when you have to wait more than 2 month for an answer….
I would be very appreciated if i am getting a little bit of a helping hand…
best regards

June 25, 2008 at 5:06 am #255994one more please.
a lot of people are asking how to do this.http://www.joomlart.com/forums/showthread.php?p=61943#post61943
please help.
** Also, I don’t like it when my topics are marked ANSWERED, when they haven’t been answered yet.
I’m trying to get help with my posts, and marking my posts answered doesn’t help me in the least.I have some friends here that referred me to this site, and after discussing our troubles, we find that we all have the same problem: support we get only comes from other club members usually, and not from the support staff.
some question need a “professional” answer.
I love your templates, but I can’t continue to use them if I run into brick walls when it comes to help concerning template usage.

August 8, 2008 at 6:20 am #264445I tried RocketTheme too, but I didn’t think the support was as good as a lot of people said. There were tons of bugs, as their team was trying to add Joomla 1.5 support. Forum posts often went unanswered for days, and then the response was often something like “You should have used the Advanced Search. This question has already been answered.” However, I had used the Advanced Search, and there were often multiple answers without any indication as to which one was right (if any). Sometimes the staff answered questions with very quick answers that only included a fraction of the necessary information, and it was often necessary to piece together snippets of info from various threads only to come up with an answer that may or may not have been correct.
So far I like what i see here. Not perfect, but the templates seem solid overall and I do see a lot of activity in the forums from staff and users alike.

Hello randpost,
The topic marked as Answered which mean the staffs has posted in that thread/topic. It can contain a solution or not which is very different from Solved marked.
We mark it as Answered for better following up your issue. And we only mark a forum as Solved when the issue has a solution or has been fixed.randpost Friendrandpost

August 8, 2008 at 5:00 pm #264558I agree with you randpost, i think I will talk and redefine with all other moderator when we should change them to Answered prefix.
It should be understood this way:Solved Thread is when a solution is provided to a problem or a fixed to a bug
Answered Thread is an answer to a question, not a replied thread.Topic should be closed now because I do not see much relevant discussion to the original topic of the thread.
