I’m editing this theme, and I’m having a problem with this green line, I can’t figure out how to change it’s color…

That looks yellow to me. Or is there a fine green line between the black and the yellow, it is hard to tell from the image.

If tha is what you are talking about edit template.css (line 1286) and adjust the code in red to your needs.
