If I have lots of text on a page, the grey area doesn’t show up, but if I have like 1-40 rows of text, this gray background show up at the bottom of the page.

    Hello finhit2012,

Can you PM me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.

BTW, please include this forum thread URL in your PM, so I can follow it.

    Best regards.

I am sorry. Due to the nature of our project, I am not allowed to let anyobody outside our group into our site. I know it’s hard to solve the problem, if you cant access our sites.

I’ve compared our JA Events files to the ones you can download here. i can’t really find anything extra that could cause this problem.

I’ve changed the background image, the new one has the same width and heigth as the default one.

    Hello finhit2012,

In order to debug the issue, we need your site information and FTP access to your server. Right now, I am not sure where to start.

    Regards.

i tried the Demo Builder, using JA Events 2.5

When removing most of the modules; all footer, articles, and login+other position-7 modules, i achieved the same result.

When the site gets quite short, the “debug” or error wrapper using “noise.jpg” appears under the black/dark grey footer.

So this is somethign you can test yourselves

    Hello finhit2012,

Here is screenshot of JA Event after unpublishing all modules. As you see, no problems faced here. Please re-check it.

    Regards.

    Hi Stork11,

If you delete every article or leave max. one, how does the site then look for you?

    Okay, thanks.

I’m seriously very confused. Well, I’ll try to fix it.
