hi,
i tried to find and follow few similar threads about color in transmenu, but without much luck.
in pollux there are two colors, default and grey(green, i’d say).
thats fine for me, i need default and bordeaux. i changed images as much as i could, i looked in css, but can’t find where to change this green color (see attached pic) on submenus.
also, where is that line of code of transmenu where i can change width of sumenu filds (they are just too wide now)
thanx

i’m sorry if i wasn’t clear enough what’s bothering me in pollux main nav
i’m still going around here with changing that grey color to red: http://dinosmaps.com/joomla3/
in transmenu /img folder i changed:
havechild-active-bg-grey.gif
tabactive-bg-grey.gif
grey-40.pngso now they are redish
in /images folder i changed all green -hilite and-active pics to redish ones (i left the same names)
still it doesn’t show properly
that green color just sticks to its place!!!
what else should i be changing???
thank youthanx

November 9, 2006 at 12:13 pm #211542Hi samcartri3,
As I see in your image, the menu isn’t transmenu, that’s the Suckerfish menu. So you should change the CSS and images for Suckerfish menu. 😉
BTW, we will soon release the bonus version of Pollux, which has the color scheme you like (bordeaux).
November 13, 2006 at 9:38 am #211618hi,
thank you guys for 4 colors pollux template!!!!!i uploaded it and haven’t changed much, and again i get some errors testing the transmenu (yep, transmenu, no mistake this time:)
although the default, grey and blue color works fine, while in ‘red color’ the main line in menu looks fine, red,
but when submenu is clicked, it shows green color instead of red (pls look at the pic, i captured it on your demo site).
i looked through img folder in transmenu, and there is no ‘havechild-on-bg-red’ pic, although there are ‘havechild-on-bg-grey’ , ‘havechild-on-bg’ and ‘havechild-on-bg-blue’ images.
is there a problem maybe?thanx
sam
