Hi
You can change the bootstrap size of a module position from template options > Layout > Responsive layout Using Drag and resize.

If the module position is a custom module position that is defined in the ACM Spotlight module.
You can open the JA ACM Module > Type > Spotlight , Style-1 . And you can define the custom module position name in it and size.
