How do I have a grid on my main page and below the grid have the option of having the Featured Articles listed? I would like to use the grid as like a menu and then have the most recent news listed below the grid.

Hi,

I’m afraid that there is not setting to show layout like that in JA Fixel, the featured articles on homepage will show in grid layout only.

I don’t think you understand. I want to use the Grid a the top of the page on the main page (only shows as big as how many blocks/grids I have configured). However right below the grid there would be from Joomla displaying the Featured Articles or whatever category I choose to have shown/listed.

Yes, I do get your point. As you can see in our demo site, it’s using Featured Articles showing modules assigned in ‘home-1’ position on homepage and Featured articles showing in Grid formate & infinitive layout.

When I look at your demo I see the grid format loading on the "Main Page" ONLY. See Demo Image attached.

I want the Grid format at the top of the "Main Page" and then when you scroll down right below the grid I want the Joomla "Category Blog" listed for my "Front Page" Category. See Attached "category Blog Layout" image.

I got your point and already replied in my 1st post, the featured articles in JA Fixel will show in grid format like that. You will need to customize to achieve that. This directory contains the code which renders the layout of com_content in homepage: [root]/templates/ja_fixel/html/com_content/featured/
