This issue will cause in Chrome under Mac.
With case of joomlart demo, look in normal as below.

When I try change the width of chrome browser, the grids will be abnormal as below :((

This situation will not happen in Safari under Mac.
Because we have used this template as our website template,
the page will be very ugly when user use specify width…
How to fix this issue?

I know what cause that more detail now.
First, you need to enlarge the page first, Chrome Menu–>View–>Enlarge (Command+”+”).
Then, you will get this result after you change the width of browser.

hmm, maybe this is not a big problem. People will not enlarge the page in most cases.
