This is a very common problem I see and experience in my own forums and websites. Users have something in mind and post it which does not have a clear information on what really wanted to ask us.

That was very useful. Thanks for taking so much effort to request users to provide as much as possible information to support their questions. with out providing enough information no support can function better.

I would certainly say, users will still do the same mistake they were doing before, but your effort to explain with graphical screen shoots will reduce the percentage.

Good luck for the effort taken and it will for sure make a difference.
